At the May 18 Edmonton Police Commission public meeting, the Edmonton Police Service will share the 2016 Professional Standards Branch Annual Report. In 2016, the Professional Standards Branch received 1,247 inquiries regarding the service or conduct of the EPS or its members; 224 of which were classified as formal complaints.
